This site lists industry-sponsored clinical trials and features a patient notification service where the user can be notified by e-mail about a new study or drug in a particular therapeutic area.

ClinicalTrials.gov
This comprehensive trial database is sponsored by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and National Library of Medicine (NLM), in cooperation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It includes trials for all disease types, including non-cancer diagnoses.
