Cancer.gov Clinical Trials (National Cancer Institute) This is a part of the PDQ database, and it allows the user to search for clinical trials by type of cancer and state. The list can be narrowed by applying criteria such as disease stage, phase of trial, and treatment modality, among others. CenterWatch This site lists industry-sponsored clinical trials and features a patient notification service where the user can be notified by e-mail about a new study or drug in a particular therapeutic area. ClinicalTrials.gov This comprehensive trial database is sponsored by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and National Library of Medicine (NLM), in cooperation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It includes trials for all disease types, including non-cancer diagnoses. US Oncology US Oncology is the nation's leading cancer treatment and research network. This site lists clinical trials managed by US Oncology Research and is updated frequently. |
