Please plan to arrive for your first appointment 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment time to sign in and complete new patient forms. When you arrive at our office, you will find convenient, free valet parking and easy access to our office, even if you require a wheelchair.

We encourage you to bring another person with you to your first appointment, which could last an hour or two. Your first appointment or appointments may include:

• a meeting and evaluation with your physician
• a meeting with your financial counselor to discuss your insurance and billing questions
• additional tests needed for an accurate diagnosis that will guide your treatment
