As the referring physician, you are an important part of your patient's medical team, and your knowledge and advice are important in our process of determining the care and treatment your patient will receive.

We understand that a patient with suspected or known cancer wants answers quickly, and we will make every effort to see your patient as soon as possible, generally within 48 hours for urgent consults and one week or less for most others. To refer a new patient, please call our New Patient Coordinator at (916) 454-6700 or provide the phone number to your patient so they may call. In order to expedite scheduling, please fax our New Patient Physician Referral Form and pertinent medical records.
